The short version
We only collect information you give us directly through the contact form. We use it to respond to your inquiry and nothing else. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to any mailing list without your consent.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name (if provided), and message. That's it. We don't run analytics that track you individually, and we don't use cookies beyond what the site needs to function.
How we use it
Your contact details are used solely to reply to your message. If we start working together, we'll be in touch about what other information we might need for the project — that conversation happens separately.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed through Resend, an email delivery service. Emails land in our inbox and are subject to our standard email retention practices. We don't store your submission in a separate database.
Third parties
We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. The only external service that touches your data is Resend (for email delivery), which has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Want us to delete the email you sent? Just ask. Reach out to hello@onebytesolutions.org and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If something significant changes about how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't bury it.
